This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the developer of the “Liza AI” application (“Licensor”). Your use of the Application is also governed by the Apple Standard App Store End User License Agreement (Standard App Store EULA), which takes precedence in case of conflict.
The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the “Liza AI” application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and the Standard App Store EULA.
The Application uses artificial intelligence technologies to analyze text and generate responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. The Licensor does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or safety of such content. You agree that you use all AI-generated information at your own risk.
IMPORTANT: Liza AI is not a medical or mental health service. It does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. It is not intended to replace professional consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.
If you experience severe emotional distress, depression, panic attacks, or thoughts of self-harm, you must immediately stop using the Application and contact local emergency services or licensed mental health professionals.
The Application may provide general wellness information for educational and self‑reflection purposes only. It must not be relied upon for medical decisions.
Access to premium features is provided through in‑app purchases and auto‑renewable subscriptions processed exclusively by Apple. The Licensor does not collect or process payment information.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
You agree not to use the Application to create, upload, or distribute content that includes:
The Application may automatically filter or restrict certain prompts to comply with Apple’s safety requirements.
The Licensor may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you violate this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in restricted access to AI features or account termination without refund.
The Application processes only the data necessary for its functionality. Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the App Store product page. The Application does not collect sensitive health data for medical purposes.
